Nothing fancy, just yoga to support you to feel good and connected to your true self.
This class is trauma sensitive & open to all bodies and abilities.
We'll mostly be focused on asana (the physical side of yoga), pranayama (the breath) and meditation. Yogic philosophy will be woven through the class, and you'll be encouraged to take your practice off the mat. Classes will be seasonal, using the principles of Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) to inform seasonal wellbeing.
